Facility Rentals Athletic Fields Rental

To reserve a practice field please visit the McAllen Parks and Recreation Main office at 1000 S. Ware Rd. in McAllen, TX 78501.

All practice fields may be rented up to (2) weeks in advance on a first come, first serve basis. Weekday reservations required 48 hours prior. Sat/Sun reservations are required by Thursday. Reservations must be done in person & paid in full. We can’t hold or pencil-in reservations by phone. Residents must provide valid proof of McAllen residency. Utility bill (water/electricity) or home property tax receipt.

Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. A 30% discount permitted to non-profit 501-c3 organizations. Must provide proof of 501-c3 status. Hourly rentals may not be used for tournament/game play. For tournament use call (956) 681-3333. Field markings and bases will not be provided for practice field rentals. Field rental hours are 8:00AM Through 11:00PM. Unless stated otherwise.
